I have full emotional recall of childhood with adult comprehension. I can actually FEEL how I saw the world as a child — most adults can only intellectually remember. Children connect with me because I’m not pretending to understand them. I actually remember when adults didn’t get it.
That’s not a quirk. That’s the neurodivergent superpower. And it took 47 years to understand it wasn’t a bug.
